Les Cascades de Bantry Bay is perched on the slopes of Lions Head, dramatically overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This Indonesian inspired retreat is located in Bantry Bay, one of the most exclusive suburbs of Cape Town, which is uniquely positioned and completely sheltered from the infamous South Easterly winds.  The lodge is a stone's throw away from the bustling city, the famous Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, Table Mountain and the sandy beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay. The name ‘Les Cascades’ is derived from the resort's layout; one terrace leads down to the next, until the main sun deck, with its magnificent pool and the Balinese pavilion is reached. 3 Luxury Suites with en suite bathroom, lounge and separate bedroom.
3 Superior Rooms. All rooms are sea facing, have frontal sea view and all have private balconies. The rooms are air conditioned, have king size beds and are equipped with 32” flat screen satellite TV’s, DVD/CD players, WiFi broadband internet access points, espresso machines, mini bar as well as electronic safes. The en suite bathrooms have a full bath, separate shower and a wall mounted hairdryer.

Dining:

Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are served al fresco on the terrace with a spectacular sea view, or inside the intimate restaurant. Taking full advantage of the extraordinary wind free position in Bantry Bay, dining at Les Cascades de Bantry Bay is an outdoors event throughout summer. A romantic al fresco dinner on the upper deck, while the sun sets over the ocean below, is for many one of the highlights of their holiday. Coziness and intimacy close to the open fire place prevail during the less warm winter evenings in the fine dining restaurant.

Pool:

The lodge has three pools, an ornamental rim flow pool on the upper deck in the Main Lodge, a very large (13m) salt water pool on the main sundeck between the Main Lodge and the Villa and a third, fresh water rim flow pool on the sundeck at the Villa. The three pools, superb sun decks and a romantic Indonesian style Balé, all are designed for maximum comfort and intimacy. The abundant use of dark stained wood, Indian slate terraces and the black lined pools set the tone and ambience.
