DAY 1 – 4: KRUGER NATIONAL PARK

A South Africa 365 representative will meet you at the Kruger Mpumalanga Airport for onwards road transfer to Plains Camp, your base for the duration of your Kruger safari.

Discover the hidden wonders of the world-renowned Kruger National Park on specially tailored walking trails. On your Kruger safari, explore the secrets of the African bush by trailing through a 12 000 ha private wilderness concession, accompanied by two qualified guides who will share their wealth of knowledge with you – ranging from the identification of animals, trees, insects and birds to the medicinal uses of plants, folklore and basic tracking and survival skills.

The wildlife concession shares a 15km unfenced boundary with the famous Mala Mala and Sabi Sand private game reserves, which has an abundance of free roaming wildlife. On your Kruger safari, you may spot the Big 5 (lion, elephant, white rhino, leopard and buffalo), as well as other game such as cheetah, wild dog, zebra, hyena, waterbuck, hippo, crocodile, wildebeest, kudu and many other mammals and wildlife species.

On your Kruger safari, one night will be spent on a sleep-out – providing a totally unique experience. Guests wanting something different will spend the night on elevated wooden platforms 4metres high, under the African stars.

Following 4 days of outdoor safari bliss, you will be transported back to Kruger Mpumalanga Airport, concluding your Kruger safari.
