Exeter River Lodge is a luxury lodge nestled on the banks of the Sand River. Shaded by a grove of Ebony trees, Exeter River Lodge boasts panoramic views and a pristine riverine environment - presenting guests with the opportunity to experience Africa at its best.

Exeter River Lodge is situated in the Sabi Sand Game Reserve, which shares unfenced borders with the game-rich Kruger National Park. Guests may enjoy exciting game viewing opportunities which include the Big 5 (elephant, leopard, lion, rhino and buffalo).

Rooms

Exeter River Lodge offers accommodation in eight elegant suites. Individually decorated, the suites are complete with twin or double beds, distinctive en-suite bathrooms, indoor and outdoor showers, private plunge pools and wooden viewing deck - providing spectacular river views. Additional room features include air-conditioning, hair-dryer, heating, mini-bar, telephone, insect repellent, safe and a full range of guest amenities such as such as shampoo, bath oil and body lotions.

Dining

Exeter River Lodge offers sumptuous Pan-African cuisine, prepared by the lodge’s executive chef and complimented with fine South African wines. Meals can be taken in various dining venues, ranging from the open-air boma to the spacious dining deck, overlooking the Sand River. Romantic candlelit dinners in the African bush can also be arranged. Refreshing drinks can be enjoyed in the fully-stocked Safari Bar.
