Entabeni Eagle’s Nest is an exclusive satellite lodge of Entabeni Lakeside lodge, set in the wonderful Entabeni safari conservancy in South Africa’s Limpopo Province. Surrounded by beautiful scenery and lush vegetation, comprising bushveld, unspoilt ravines and wooded hillsides, Entabeni Eagle’s Nest presents honeymooners and families with the ultimate opportunity to experience the wonders of the bush.

Built on stilts, this luxury wooden and stone lodge is nestled high on a hill, providing a perfect setting with spectacular bird’s eye views of the tranquil Entabeni Lake and mountains in the Entabeni Game Reserve.

Set in Big 5 (elephant, rhino, lion, buffalo and leopard) territory, Entabeni Eagel’s Nest offers spectacular game viewing opportunities in a malaria-free reserve, with the African python and Nile crocodile also resident here. The region is also a birdwatcher’s paradise with more than 300 species recorded in the area.

Rooms

Entabeni Eagle’s Nest offers intimate accommodation in four en-suite rooms. A spacious, private lounge and dining area with fireplace lead on to a unique rock-face boma and sun deck. Rooms are elegantly decorated in an African theme and are equipped with a telephone, fans, tea and coffee making facilities, bathroom amenities, magazines, hairdryer, adapter plugs and electric blankets.

Dining

Guests are transported to Lakeside Lodge for meals. Using only the freshest selected produce, guests can enjoy delicious full favour meals ranging from traditional African dishes to classic European cuisine. Meals are served in a variety of locations ranging from the Lakeside Restaurant to the boma set under the African skies or various outside venues – all with a view of Lake Entabeni.

Activities
