Cybele Forest Lodge is a luxurious lodge, nestled in the heart of the forest of Hazyview. Shielded from the rest of the world, Cybele Forest Lodge offers guests the opportunity to experience nature at its best.

Set on 300 acres of African bushveld, Cybele Forest Lodge offers an exclusive country retreat for a peaceful Mpumalanga holiday. Surrounded by verdant gardens, beautiful mountains, lush meadows and living forest, this lodge provides a setting that resembles paradise.

Rooms

Cybele Forest Lodge offers accommodation in 14 stylishly decorated rooms.  Suites are equipped with a fully stocked mini bar, air conditioning, satellite TV, en-suite bathroom, under floor heating, fireplace, heated towel rails, and some suites are equipped with their own climate controlled pool.

The room types are:

Garden Cottages: These cottages are a combination of bedroom and living room. Each cottage has its own private, walled garden and offers spectacular garden views.

Luxury Cottages: These cottages are tucked away, ensuring added peace and tranquillity. Luxury cottages are a combination of bedroom and living room, and feature their own private, walled garden.

Courtyard Suite: This suite features a separate bedroom and living area. French doors open onto a private, walled courtyard and the suite's heated swimming pool.

Paddock Suites: These suites comprise a main bedroom, a large sitting room, two bathrooms and an upstairs loft with extra beds. Each suite has its own private, heated swimming pool and a walled garden shower.

Forest Suite: This suite provides the ultimate in style and indulgence. Featuring an Espresso and Cappuccino bar and beautiful fireplaces, this spacious suite also offers a private heated pool in beautiful landscaped gardens.

Dining

Enjoy a sumptuous buffet breakfast of fresh fruits, home-baked scones, muesli and cheeses, followed by a traditional English breakfast, to order. Lunch is a la carte and can be enjoyed in the gardens or in the privacy of your room. For dinner, indulge in delectable main-courses served with the freshest vegetables sourced from the lodge’s garden.
