Carpe Diem is split over three floors, serviced by an internal elevator – providing easy access for wheelchairs. Ensuring your comfort, Carpe Diem is equipped with modern conveniences and amenities, including state-of-the-art Creston electronics which control all systems from door and gate opening, lighting throughout the villa, 200-CD music system and alarm system, WIFI internet access on all floors and 12 flat-screen TV’s with various satellite channels.

Rooms

Carpe Diem boasts eight luxuriously furnished en-suite bedrooms, including a separate apartment on the lower level with two interconnecting rooms, kitchenette and lounge. All rooms are equipped with heated flooring, satellite TV and DVD player.

Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom):Equipped with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, freestanding bath and double basin, air-conditioning and a private balcony.

Bedroom 2 & 6: Equipped with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and bath.

Bedroom 3 & 4: Equipped with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Bedroom 5: Inter-connects with bedroom 4, equipped with twin-beds and en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 7 (Apartment): Equipped with queen bed and en-suite bathroom with bath.

Bedroom 8 (Apartment): Equipped with queen bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Practice your culinary skills in the fully-equipped kitchen offering a fridge/freezer, 3 ovens, microwave, 2nd fridge, ceramic hob, large extractor hood, 3 sinks and dishwasher – enabling convenient self-catering. Indulge in a sumptuous barbeque, while enjoying the spectacular mountain and sea views, or dine out at one of the nearby quality restaurants on the beachfront.

Keep fit in the private gym, equipped with multi-function machines and relax in the tantalising sauna.
