General Information
In the heart of the leafy suburb of Tamboerskloof, in a quiet road just outside the city center, lies the Cape Cadogan boutique hotel. This sophisticated Cape Town boutique hotel offers personalized service in a stylish and tranquil setting.
The building itself, declared a national monument in 1984, is a blend of Victorian and Georgian styles and dates back to the early 19th century.
Rooms
There are only 12 luxury en suite bedrooms, which ensured guests a private and personalized stay. The décor is an eclectic blend of contemporary styles and antique finishes, resulting in a Bohemian chic feel inspired by Oscar Wilde.
The hotel’s public areas are made up of a lounge area with a quaint open fireplace, a manicured garden and pool area, as well as a library where you can read and relax or catch up on your emails at the computer station.
Dining
The Cape Cadogan offers both cooked and continental breakfasts served in the dining room, overlooking the peaceful gardens and swimming pool.
Evening meals are prepared on request by the experienced chef.
Activities
The Cape Cadogan is ideally situated a short walk from trendy and vibrant Kloof Street where you’ll find a wide range of restaurants, bars and cafes. Cape Town’s iconic Table Mountain is but a short drive away, as are the world-class beaches at Camps Bay and Clifton.
