Boulders Camp is a small exclusive camp built at the foot of a granite boulder mountain in the Namib Desert, offering luxury accommodation in a unique setting. Boasting panoramic views and diverse fauna and flora, Boulders Camp provides a remote atmosphere - perfect for honeymooners and travellers in need of a peaceful getaway.

Part of the Wolwedans Collection, Boulders Camp is set in an isolated location - offering a private and personal safari experience. Complementing the desert landscape, Boulders Camp oozes elegance, beauty and endless tranquillity.

Boulders Camp is situated in the heart of the Namib Rand Nature Reserve, presenting guests with an opportunity to view a wide variety of wildlife including gemsbok, springbok, kudu, zebra, giraffe, klipspringer, steenbok, and hartebeest. For the avid birdwatcher, over 100 species of bird may also be spotted in the area surrounding the camp.

Rooms

Boulders Camp comprises four luxurious tents resting up against large boulders. The beautifully decorated rooms have a four-poster bed, white mosquito netting, coffee table and chairs, dressing table and a private veranda – perfect for viewing the spectacular mountains surrounding your luxurious tent. Each room has a spacious bathroom, equipped with a shower, flush toilet, double basin, Moroccan lanterns, bathrobes and complimentary amenities, for your comfort.

Dining

Enjoy a sumptuous breakfast on the breakfast deck while enjoying the vast beauty of the reserve. Share the day’s adventures with other guests around the sociable dining table in the camp’s dining room while indulging in a 4-course meal, created by the resident chef. Experience the African stars and enjoy a barbeque around the fire, and end off your day with a refreshing drink served at the relaxing sundowner spot.

Explore the reserve with activities such as morning and afternoon scenic drives, sundowner drives, safari picnics in the wild, bird watching, game viewing, nature walks, guided nature walks, scenic flights and hot air ballooning.
