GENERAL INFORMATION

Restore your spirit in peaceful surroundings, on mountain walks through indigenous fynbos or delight in bird watching. Situated in the foothills of the Simonsberg mountains at the start of the Franschhoek Wine Route, the Inn is an ideal base for daily sightseeing trips - you can follow the wine routes, exploring the quaint, historical towns of Stellenbosch, Franschhoek and Paarl and the surrounding vineyards, tasting the fruit of the Cape Winelands.

The Inn has  18 beds, (2 double rooms and 6 suites), aach room has its own verandah and private garden where you can watch the sunrise whilst sipping on early morning coffee. Dining on the restaurant verandah offers guests a fantastic view of the valley below, with wonderful sunsets to accompany pre-dinner drinks.

ROOMS

All our rooms have en-suite bathrooms, their own private patio and garden, most with views across the winelands valley and mountain range.

Standard and Standard Deluxe Rooms:
The spacious rooms, furnished in indigenous woods, are equipped with mini-bars, TV, air conditioning and/or ceiling fans. Warmed by underfloor heating or fireplace in winter.

Executive Suites:
Enjoy the executive suite with an en-suite bathroom and open-plan bedroom and lounge.

Luxury Suites:
Enjoy the choice of luxury suites, each with an en-suite bathroom and open-plan bedroom and lounge.

DINING

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast on the restaurant verandah overlooking the pool and panoramic views. The menu includes a superb variety of fruit and berries from the valley, fresh baked goodies and a hot selection with the distinctive Cathbert gourmet touch.

Dinners from the freshest ingredients, are served from a set four course menu that changes daily and neighbouring Cape wines will complement your meals. (Please note that Dinners are by arrangement)
