Barnabas Bar captures the splendid vitality of views over the lagoon to the sea and mountains. Mahogany furniture upholstered in fine fabrics of natural textures and hues, adds to an air of relaxed luxury.

Laguna Lounge - A relaxing pit-stop for mouthwatering pick me ups. Exceptional coffees, cakes, hand made chocolates and high tea on special occasions, can be ordered on the terrace overlooking the golf course and the lagoon from the 5th floor.

Cristobals Cigar Lounge - Slow down a little and sample the world’s finest malts and cigars in the comfort of curved leather armchairs and plush, traditional elegance all around you.

Premier Restaurant - The ultimate experience in fine dining in an interior that invites the spirit of the lagoon inside, with hints of sand and hues of blues, greens and silvers dancing across the palette. Premiere chefs offer a delicious selection of local seafood in a five star fine dining environment, as well as pleasing choices for vegetarians. Fish is procured daily from our own appointed purveyor who sources it fresh from the harbor and local fishermen along the coast. This is also one of very few restaurants accredited to sell farmed abalone legally – an exquisite delicacy harvested locally. To ensure a ceaselessly surprising standard of excellence, the menu is in constant evolution, changing to reflect the seasons and the best available produce of the day.
