GENERAL INFORMATION

Pestana Kruger Lodge is 700 metres from the Malelane Gate of Kruger National Park and is the ideal place to explore the Kruger National Park and the surrounding areas. The Lodge is set amongst wonderful gardens and has a fantastic view over the Crocodile River where hippos and other wildlife abound.

The Kruger National Park has almost 2000km of roads and 6 permanent rivers that cross the savannah within the park. Daily safaris can be organized from the Lodge into this marvellous sanctuary. It is the habitat of countless species, and tourists here will have the ideal opportunity to observe at close quarters the “Big 5 of Africa” - the lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo and rhinoceros, not to mention 336 types of trees, 49 species of fish, 114 types of reptiles, 507 species of birds, and innumerable giraffe, monkeys, zebras and antelopes.

Pestana Kruger Lodge is a wonderfully relaxing location where you will scarcely hear the animals but have the opportunity to be surrounded by nature.

Pestana Kruger Lodge has a total of 74 rooms, with views over the river or the gardens. The comfortable rooms have an earthy décor with an African touch and all rooms have balconies.

10 Deluxe Rooms
Kingsize beds * En suite bathroom has a separate bath and shower * The rooms are located on the bank of the Crocodile River.

30 Family Rooms
One queen bed & a sleeper couch in the room which is ideal for the kids sharing with parents * One of the family rooms is customised for wheelchair access.
