The Selinda Reserve joins the Okavango Delta with the Linyanti/Kwando waterways, the river systems close to the eastern boundary of Chobe National Park .Zibalianja (also sometimes spelled Zibadianja) is a derivative meaning "the Place of the Wild Dog" in the Sesubiya language of northern Botswana. A special area has been set aside in the Selinda Reserve especially for walking safaris. Typically, guests undertaking walking safaris, commence their safari at of one of the permanent camps (Selinda or Zibalianja), then break away onto the walk, which ends up three days later, at the other permanent camp for the last night. In total, this is usually a five day safariActivities include game drives in open 4x4 vehicles, as well as night drives with spotlights. The camp also offers occasional bush dinners. At certain times of the year, guests may enjoy boating and fishing on the lagoon.
