GENERAL INFORMATION

•  Located on the Zambezi River upstream of Livingstone on the Zambian side of the Caprivi Flood Plain in a malaria free area

• Operates all year round with a maximum 10 passangers in luxury en-suite state rooms

Pride of the Zambezi is located 140 km upstream of Livingstone on the Zambian side of the Caprivi Flood Plain. Guests experience the Zambezi  from the comfort of a luxury catamaran and view the splendid local wildlife up-close and personal in their natural habitat, and visit some of the splendid visitor sites along the banks of the Zambezi River.

The boat has a crew of five: captain, host, chef and two deck-hands and accommodates up to ten passengers in luxury en-suite state rooms.The Pride of the Zambezi is a unique, nautical and fully mobile Zambezi river experience.

Pride of the Zambezi is ideal for intimate weddings, Island lunches and dinners.Guests can be able to can be able to participate in activities like village tours ,bird watching ,fishing (both fly and conventional) and clay pigeon shooting.

ROOMS

The Pride of the Zambezi is separated into three decks:

• The Honeymoon Suite comprises a king size bed, private lounge suite, dressing table, built-in cupboards, wall-to-wall carpeting and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, toilet, hand basin, bidet and shaving points. Sliding doors open on to the top deck.
  

• The middle deck has a unique roller shutter system that enables the entire deck to be closed off at the touch of a button, either in full or separately. This deck is fully air-conditioned, with a luxury seating area for twelve; a fully equipped bar; an entertainment area with plasma screen television, DVD and CD player; and a dining room for up to 16 guests. There is also a ten seater jacuzzi with outside seating / entertainment area and a powder room.

• The five state rooms are situated on the bottom deck and the suites have superb views over the river, whilst the front state room boasts its own private deck
