Enjoying uninterrupted views of spectacular African sunsets and year round game at its on-site waterhole, the lodge is ideally positioned to offer the most discerning traveller a taste of Africa at its best.
Designed to give the impression of a vast open-plan tree house, the lodge is built on seven intricate levels rising above the pristine African bushveld. Attracting a wide variety of game including elephant, buffalo, antelope, warthog and baboon - as well as the occasional lion, hyena and jackal - this waterhole is the focal point of the entire resort and provides excellent game viewing opportunities all day, every day The favourite 'watering-hole of many a guest is the buffalo bar. Situated in the main hub of the complex, this provides relaxed, congenial surroundings for viewing Africa’s incredible wildlife close-up. Two landscaped swimming pools and a game viewing platform are situated enticingly nearby. Of the 72 bedrooms, six are split level suites with a lounge cloakroom and balcony on one level and a bedroom and en-suite bathroom upstairs. Decorated in lavishly coloured ethnic fabrics and fittings, all rooms boast the highest level of sophistication and comfort. Each has its own private balcony overlooking the unfenced Zambezi national park while most look onto a central waterhole.
